  • Short timeframes, complicated specifications, and 18 different nations that had to be covered in implementation.
  • Our team was involved in the ongoing Client support projects as well, therefore managing both projects at once was a major difficulty.
  • ESS/MSS go-live with hybrid SAP landscape, that Includes,
    • Interface - SAP NetWeaver Portal 7.0
    • Backend - ECC 5.0 in NW2004s version.
  • Our Team Implemented MSS functions combine Java/HTMLB (JSP-PCR capability) and Web dynpro technologies and the Portal system landscape has been set up with accelerators to handle the transportation of Portal-specific development.

To provide efficient employee payment services, we used SAP HR modules and interface with client media and distribution systems.

  • Interface to providers for Shift Premiums, Time Management and Time Recording (XI Interface to .NET front end).
  • Particular FLSA Overtime for California Vacation Accruals

  • Integration Across Applications
  • Payroll BSI Tax for Tax Calculation and HR - MSD Integration
  • Gross and net payroll with SAP HR
  • Check Printing Garnishment Disbursements ADP Interface (Outbound & Inbound). For check printing, a special inbound-outbound interface between UCM and ADP was created.
  • In order to communicate with ADP for Garnishments - Vendor Payments, a custom interface was created.
  • The data will be interfaced to ADP using SAP XI for the HR-FI Integration-Payroll Posting to FFI interface.
